2026-03-21 - Gatlinburg, TN - Photo by Maggie Coleman.
Coach of the Cumberland Christian Home Educators, Mark Coleman, offers congratulations to the Hawks on an outstanding season. After winning the KCSAA State Championship for the second year in a row, the team finished in 6th place in the top bracket at the Gatlinburg Homeschool Classic National Championship, the highest rank in the team's history, competing against teams from all over the United States. The team finished 38-7, playing public, Christian, and homeschool squads in the state and Tennessee before heading to nationals. Mark's sons, Gabe (number 43) and Ty, both played on the team. Congratulations, to Mark and the Hawks!
