Among leaders attending the 31st annual state Chamber Day dinner in Lexington Thursday were Rep. Ryan Bivens, District 24 Green, Hart and LaRue Counties, and Hilda Legg who served as U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Kentucky State Director under the Trump Administration and now is focused on solar energy development.
