I bought this solar, hanging LED flag for the Fourth of July and moved it to our back yard. Looked great on the feeding shed so I left it there. The flag looks good no matter where you put it!" Fiscal Court authorizes final payment on Hospital debt 2026-10-28 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Vicky Pike. At the October 27, 2026, meeting of the Adair County Fiscal Court, magistrates voted for treasurer Malinda Quinn to pay the $292,000 remainder of the former Westlake Hospital debt from the money received at the closure of the Adair Hospital Taxing District. The balance of that $880,000 after the $292,000 payment will go into the general fund. All the court was present. Most of the incoming magistrates were at the meeting as well.
