March 2014 Adair Grand Jury indicts 12 individuals

Large number of indictments. All arraignments set for 1pmCT March 25, 2014 in Adair Circuit Court, Adair Judicial Center, 201 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY.

The Adair County Circuit Court grand jury returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, March 25 , 2014.

Those indicted were:


  1. Kriztopher Pickett (06/13/1991) Indictment No. 14-CR-00045 - Charged with 3 Counts: Count 1) Burglary in the Second Degree. Count 2) Theft by Unlawful Taking. Count 3) Crimnal Mischief 3rd Degree. Bail $2,500 C/Sec Prop. Arraignment April 15, 2014 at 1pmCT
  2. David D. King (09/15/1971) Indictment No. 14-CR00046 - Three Counts: Count 1) Burglary in the Second Degree. Count 2) Theft by Unlawful Taking or disposition Under $500. Count 3) Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree. Bail $2500 c/sec Prop. Arraignment April 15, 2014 at 1pmCT

Stephen Durbin (01/09/1984) Indictment No. 14-CR-00058 - Five Counts: Count 1) Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition $10,000 or More But Less than $1,000,000 (Auto) Count 2) Persistent Felony Offender, Second Degree. Count 3) Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition - $500 or more but less than $10,000. Count 4) Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Offense. Count 5) Criminal Trespas in the 2nd Degree.
