Diabetes classes at Adair Co. Health Department From Jeff Neagle, Communications Specialist Lake Cumberland District Health Department The Adair County Health Department will present the Healthy Living with Diabetes 4-class education series in May. The class dates are May 14, 16, 21, and 23, 2024, from 9amCT to 11:30amCT each day. This free class is designed to teach you how to manage diabetes, eat healthy, and become more active. The classes are led by a Certified Diabetes Educator, and will meet at the Adair Co. Health Department, 801 Westlake Dr, Columbia, KY. Registration is open for both classes. To sign up, visit the Lake Cumberland District Health Department website at www.lcdhd.org/services/diabetes. For more information, call 800-928-4416 Option 4.
