We live in a beautiful place

By Lyn Stanton
Homeplace on Green River

I LOVE this little spot on my morning commute and I wanted to share it.

We have lived here in Adair for just about 3 years. We live deep in the country, on a road that many folks who have lived here their whole lives don't know about. Every morning on my commute to take the kiddo to school and head off to Taylor County for work, we head down our road and then get on Allen Schoolhouse Road.

Right at the bend where the Ridgeview barn is, there is a view of what I believe is a perfect Kentucky country road. When the sun is coming up over the hill, it is a splendid sight. My budget smartphone simply can not convey how breathtaking the view truly is but I wanted to try to share it. I hope everyone in our county enjoys their commute as much as I do. We live in a beautiful place!
