           AN ORDINANCE relating to the annual budget thereof:

Whereas the County of ADAIR has realized unbudgeted receipts from the COMMONWEALTH of KENTUCKY and other Entities 

Be it ordained by the Fiscal Court of County of ADAIR, Commonwealth of Kentucky

Section One:  The budget for fiscal year 2010/2011 is amended to:

Increase the receipts of ALL FUNDS COMBINED by a total of $1,273,985.14  to include unbudgeted receipts from:
