Leslie Keltner speaks on Adair County Adult Education

Leslie Keltner, at left, Instructor, at the local Adair County Adult Education, gave a brief update on expanded services at the Columbia-Adair Economic Development Authority meeting Tuesday. The staff is reaching out, spreading the word that the agency is not just for the GED anymore, although that is a key service, helping people get their high school diplomas. They also offer assistance with computer literacy, resumes, and more. They hold classes, courses and one-on-one tutoring in person or virtually. At right, preparing for the meeting to begin, are Bobby Morrison, chairman, and Roger Meadows, treasurer of EDA.
