Parkway still blocked as of 10:30amCT

Miss Vicky writes, as of "10:30amCT - Cumberland Parkway still shut down westbound from here. Columbia Police have the cruiser blocking entry.

Usually takes 2-3 hrs to get wreckers here that are big enough to clean up a mess like that. From the looks, there was another big truck in the median as well to be pulled out."
