Congratulations to Sharon Payne, new LCADD Chair

Columbia City Council member Sharon Payne has been named the new Board Chair of the Lake Cumberland Area Development District. She and Columbia Mayor Pam Hoots, selected as the Transportation Committee Chair, are both in leadership positions. Payne succeeds Mayor Robert Lawson of Burnside, who held the position before her. The District service area includes ten counties: Adair, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell, Taylor and Wayne.
