Work family sends good wishes to Rhonda Loy

Rhonda Bennett Loy, third from left, was treated to a special lunch and tons of hugs and good wishes from her work family at City Hall Thursday as she retired from her position as Columbia City Clerk. The position is being filled by Woody Sharpe. From left are: Sydney Clark, Tiffany Collins, Rhonda, Ann Marie Austin, Jada Atwood, Woody, and Mayor Pam. Extended work family good wishes also come from the Parks and Rec, Gas, and Sanitation department employees along with all the City Council members.
