Creepy creature

Is it lint, or maybe dryer fuzz escaping on the breeze? That was the question about this creepy little creature. The problem with it being lint was that it was crawling along at a good clip. Rebecca Montgomery said she has seen these before and thinks it is Lacewing larvae. She said apparently the debris they carry are pieces of aphid corpses, lichen, and plants which help disguise them so they can enter aphid colonies to eat the aphids.
