This keepsake picture taken before Brown & Brown Insurance outgrew their headquarters on the Public Square in Columbia. The weather this week looked just like this, with skies so dark and rain filled they really made the historic Courthouse stand out. It was taken by Georgina Roy out one of the third floor windows.
