Today we would like to introduce: Haemin Choi from Seoul, South Korea, Biology Major. She currently lives in Louisville and is improving her skills at taking photos. She hopes next time she is making Dalgona coffee* or egg souffle, it won't turn out to be too much of a disaster. She is sharing a Fun Fact about her: "I enjoy getting my hands in the soil. Tending the garden at home with my mom is one of my hobbies."

*Dalgona coffee is a beverage made by whipping equal proportions of instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water until it becomes creamy and then adding it to cold or hot milk. Occasionally, it is topped with coffee powder, cocoa, crumbled biscuits, or honey. - Wikipedia
