Abe Cross, the Director of the Lindsey Wilson Health and Wellness Center, advises everyone to keep staying fit in your home. He is pictured with his children who are his main motivators. Since the closure due to the Coronavirus, he has been posting videos on the Lindsey wilson College YouTube channel and their social media pages to help all the members of the Wellness Center and the public keep going. One of his videos is on YouTube at this link.
