2019-12-10 - Cranmer Dining Center, Lindsey Wilson College - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com.
Jerry Holt at right presented the official Rotary Flag to Lindsey Wilson College international student Rachel Reid Monday evening. She was the guest speaker, presenting a brief glimpse of life and geography in her home country, Ireland. She said she Loves Lindsey Wilson but can't wait for the holiday break so she can eat her home food - the best mashed potatoes in the world - nothing like ours. ISP Director Sabine Eastham, in the audience, challenged Rachel to make some of those potatoes at next semester's international foods tasting day. Rachel promised.
