South Central Auto Sales owner Dustin Brockman could be seen working in his office as the day came to a close after yet another request was denied for a zoning change that might allow him to relocate to Burkesville Street. The Columbia Planning and Zoning said no to consideration of conditional zoning in this case. They are staying true to their understanding of the City's Comprehensive Plan on the issue of spot zoning which they applied in this case.
