Damaged cabin at Lake Cumberland SRP

2019-04-16 - Russell Co., KY - Photo courtesy Kentucky Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet.

A large tree fell on a cabin at Lake Cumberland State Resort Park in Russell County on April 14, 2019, causing significant damage.

According to authorities, six guests were staying in the cabin, and all six made it out. Emergency medical crews, Kentucky State Police and park staff responded quickly to the incident.
