Homeless/emergency shelter grounds leased

JOY Ministries is thankful to the Fiscal Court for their November meeting vote that allows a small space by the 911 Center in Columbia to be leased for a dollar a year for a homeless/emergency shelter to be managed and paid for by the Ministry. Committee members are, from left: Maggie Coleman, Greg Caldwell, Terry Hadley, Dan Thies, Mary Anne Loy and Pam Hoots. Not available for the picture were Harold Burton, Gale Cowan, Lee Ann Jessee and Linda Waggener.
