To the residents and voters of School Board District 5 and to all the citizens of Adair County, I would like to ask for your vote and support as school board member. I have many passions in life but two great loves, God and family, in that order. And, before I am anything, I am a follower of Jesus. My wife of 24 years and I raise our 5 children on a beef farm just off Hwy 80 and 206. We both grew up in Adair Co. schools and proudly, send all 5 of our children here now. I am conservative in nature, detail oriented, a problem solver, and accustomed to working under pressure. We have always had a deep love for children. Our children need a lot of support in this day and time. I will forever fight for their benefit and for the teachers, principals, and school personnel to give them the support they need to improve our children! I was raised on a dairy and tobacco farm where I learned what hard work was all about and taught to understand that most things are not free. I have been a pastor for better than 25 years and my ministry is the love of my life. I have the heart of a servant leader, helping and counseling people sometimes in the worst crises of their lives. I have many years' working experience in commercial ag finance, developing business plans for farm businesses to survive and thrive.
