Adair Fiscal Court - Major moves in 37 min 13 Aug 2018 session

The Adair Fiscal Court met in a Special Regular Monthly Session Monday night, August 13, 2018 (Special because the court usually meets on Tuesday) which was brief, but productive from a standpoint of decisions being made in short order. CJE Michael Lee Stephens, standing, presided. Above, from left, are Magistrates Perry Reeder (District 4), Sammy Baker (3), Daryl Flatt (2), Harold Burton (1), Deputy CJE Andrea Waggener, (Stephens), Session Recorder Gale Cowan, Adair County Attorney Jennifer Hutchison Corbin, then Magistrates Billy Dean Coffey (5), Greg Caldwell (6) and Terry Hadley (7). Among the most significant votes for the court to shoulder its part of the cost to put a new floor in the gymnasium at the Jim Blair Center, and a vote lease space in the historic Adair County Courthouse for the Adair ABC Commission. - EW
