Emily Wall dresses up the old Welcome to Columbia sign

Emily Wall brought beauty to the old welcome to Columbia sign that is scheduled to be removed and replaced when the City staff can work it in. Photographer Candace Robertson took this picture of Emily on August 5, 2018. She said, "my sweet model is ACHS Senior Emily Wall." Once this sign is removed, the City Council will vote which of the more recent welcome signs will be used for this replacement. Emily is the daughter of Carmen & Robbie Wall of Columbia. - LW
