Madison Wardrip, left, Peer support specialist at Addiction Recovery Care, spoke with Ashley Hardwick, Service Coordinator at New Visions at Russell County Hospital, sharing information at the Adair County Health Department WATCH Coalition meeting last week. They discussed how their programs work together to help addicted patients. RCH New Visions helps addicts through medical detox and then releases patients to much needed longer-term recovery care. WATCH is a coalition of agencies that come together monthly to share health information. - LW
