Adair County Election Board set for by-the-book voting 2018-05-02 - Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com. The Adair County Board of Elections met early Tuesday morning to make sure everything was in order to meet all State Rules on voting, which began promptly at 9amCT. Afterward, members visited offices in the Annex to make sure no campaign material was visible. Because officeholders were aware of the rules, only three items - candidate cards - had to be confiscated. After a thorough scrutiny of the parking Annex Parking lots to make sure no campaign signs on vehicles were visible, the group above assembled to post signs to help voters know where to vote and to let them know of the rules on voting.
