Mushrooms of KY: Turkey Tails (?)

Last year, April Shepperd, identified a similar fungus photo as "Turkey Tails." This appears to be the same thing, but, since we are not mushroom experts, we'll advise against ingesting any mushroom, for medicinal or other purposes, without getting advice of an expert. Which brings up a point? Are there any classes - private or UK Extension or Adair County Garden Club classes in the area providing information on mushroom identification and how to know which are poisonous and which are not? If anyone knows, let us know. And another question: Does anyone around here hunt (or would it be 'fish' morel mushrooms with a dog? - EW
