Adair Fiscal Court listens as Roger Dunn, standing, far left, or Bowling Green, KY, representating of Hartshaw/Trane, corporate offices, Louisville, KY, explained options for Adair Fiscal Court on continued maintenance of the chiller units at the Adair Judicial Center, recommending also that the current company providing boiler maintenance, TP Mechanical Company, continue maintenance for the chiller units there. The deliberations to fulfill a request from the Administrative Office of the Courts (AoC) for the court to get bids and make recommendations. The court voted to follow Dunn's recommendations. In the end, the AoC reimburses Fiscal Court for all expenditures, CJE Michael Lee Stephens said, and, in the end, the AoC has the final say.
