LWC student heading for Commonwealth Games in April

2018-03-15 - Lindsey Wilson College, 210 Lindsey Wilson Street, Columbia, KY - Photo By Sabine Eastham, International Education Director.

Lindsey Wilson College junior, Goabaone "Ernest" Mosheleketi, will participate in the Commonwealth Games in Australia April 4-14, 2018 to represent Botswana in triple jump.

He said learning about life at LWC as a transfer student is very different to prior schools.

He credits Lindsey, and coaches like Jamaine Gordon, for the lesson that everything you do in life has to be taken seriously.

He said the teachers are good and understanding which will help him get his degree and become a good coach and teacher in future.

Mosheleketi will graduate from LWC in 2019 with a degree in Physical Education.
