Don't think it was their speed which sent manes flying in the wind. A gently wind handled that detail. But it was nice to watch their friendly curiosity and friskiness on a late February 2018 day. "Putman County" is, of course, a loosely defined unofficial subsection of Adair County - mostly or all, for Election 2018 purposes, in District 1. - EW
