Stage of construction: Lee's Famous Recipe 31 Dec 2017

2017-12-31 - Patricia Trail, Holladay Place, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com.
You can almost smell the chicken frying, imagine the hot biscuits coming out of the oven as the framework for Columbia's new Lee's Famous Recipe restaurant takes shape. 2018 will see a number of new businesses and services opening in the New Columbia area. Adair CJE Mike Stephens, a partner in the Pinewood Shopping Center says that business openings, already underway with Adair Kwik Lube in operation will come in quick succession in the early months of 2018. He's expecting more formal announcements within days, including the announcement of a new gas outlet in the center. - EW
