The sight of site equipment prompts us to cite the progress out in New Columbia, KY, where one can't yet smell the chicken, but one can get anxious, anticipatory, waiting for yet another improvement in Columbia's food scene, as Holladay Place takes a giant step to keep up with developments in New Columbia's Pinewood Shopping Center, where soon, maybe in early November, the first opening will be announced. Through the break in the equipment, the "Antiques" sign is a reminder that a favorite landmark, going back to the days of McGinnis' service garage, is thriving. At ColumbiaMagazine.com, we're having a hard time - pedaling as hard as we can - just keeping up, and are hoping Miss Vicky, of Miss Victoria's Pampered Anxious Ranch, in Greater Bliss, will continue to keep us posted. - EW
