It takes no more than a second thought to see this Squarecrow to realize it is the work of the very creative Adair County Primary Center, home of the ACPC Rockets. If you visit, there's now a newly painted crosswalk to the courthouse, but it's still a good idea to take care, acknowledge motorists, and let them know your intentions - even though state law is on the side of the pedestrian. - EW
