A workman for the contract lighting company installing new lights works over traffic on the third arm of the system, barely noticed by traffic underneath. The photo was taken Tue 19 Sep 2017, with some of the heaviest traffic seen in recent times at the intersection bounded by City Hall, FM2, the Adair Judicial Center, upper left, and Grissom-Martin Funeral home, out of frame on right. - EW
