The Wilson family worked an open house in Columbia today -- from left are mom Jill, daughter Gracie, son Simon and dad Chris. Gracie is a student at ACMS and Simon is a sophomore at ACHS. They held open house for the Myers auction that is being held completely on the internet for those who wanted to examine the home in person. Golden Rule Wilson Realty is the first to hold online-only auctions in Adair County. The first one with personal property was held last year. Chris says they offer both types of auctions, online as well as the traditional on-property, and the seller makes the decision based on their needs.
