Kimberley Stevens welcomes new International students to LWC

Kimberley Stevens,
a recent graduate (Recreation Tourism Sports Management) from Jamaica is leading an ice-breaker activity for some of the newly arrived international students. For the fall semester, the College welcomed 44 new international students from 22 different countries, which will bring the total to about 100 international students from 39 different countries.< Tonight, Friday, Aug 11, 2017, at 5:30pmCT, over 25 host families will gather for their annual "meet your new host parent picnic" in the "Doris and Bob Holloway Wellness-Center". This is one of many steps to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. The International Student Programs has over 34 host families that help the students adjust to life in South Central KY.
