Big tomato makes for perfect meal

The big tomato slice filling nearly the whole plate was the key to this meal. With a little cottage cheese, asparagus and mayo on top, all the tastes were lined up for a happy experience. Thanks to the master gardener people love to see coming this time of year, Bruce Wilson, for stopping by with these beauties. - EW
