The Farmers Market on the Square yielded a bouquet of Fresh Basil, some great tomatoes, and some of the neatest $1 each gifts to be found anywhere on the planet, in the array of pot holders designed and sold by Donna Jones at Big Black Dog's station, which made their way back to Indianapolis yesterday. We wondered if any birthday, graduation, or obituary ever requested, "The family requests bouquets of fresh basil and/or heirloom slicing tomatoes in lieu of . . . " It would seem appropriate this summer. - EW
