Usually, when we see a burger like this, we assume that a team of food stylists spent the afternoon choosing from hundreds of pickles and tomatoes and buns to get the perfect balance of color and texture for a one-off photo shoot, to be used on posters to give the idea of what burgers could be. However, this burger was handed to us casually for carryout, with the simple expectation that we'd have it for lunch, and no knowledge that we'd take a picture first. The folks at Hilltop Produce in Shelbyville turn out every burger like this, and it was every bit as delicious as it looks.
