Things are moving at a dizzying pace for Miss Vicky and her 'girls' who live across the road in a pioneer days agrarian utopia, Greater Bliss, from Pinewood Shopping Center, and diagonally across the intersection from New Columbia/Holladay Place. According to a reliable spokesperson, Shannon Sexton, this Kwik Lube, the second owned by Mendel & Bruce Sexton and LaGene & Shannon Sexton, may be in operation as early as August - no later than early September - 2017. Mendel Sexton will manage the first Kwik Lube, in Russell Springs, and Bruce Sexton will operate this one. - EW. Photo Sat 8 Jul 2017.
