AC School Board: Smiles and expressions of pleasure pervade

2017-06-16 - Adair County School District Conference Room, 1204 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com(c).
The June 15, 2017, School Board School Board meeting was one of the most collegial, harmonious of any session ever in Adair County, with smiles and expressions of satisfaction evident all around, especially in the faces of the two who will be working closely, at the helm of internal management and in charge of day-to-day operation and oversight, at left Dr. Pam Stephens, now superintendent, and right Lisa Burton (Div 3), Chair of the School Board. All members of the Board, Terry Harvey (1), Daniel Adams (2), Jonathan Gaskins (4), and Mike Harris (5) were present and voted for the 4-year term for Dr. Stephens. - EW
