His mother, Amy Waggener writes: "So hard to believe this guy is 14 today. He has a tremendous sense of humor, it isn't always appropriate but usually funny. His people skills are unmatched, and you can probably vote for him one day. He spends every free second, when he's not in school or the soccer goal, fishing or shopping for shoes. He's a great big and little brother. (And the typical middle child) we will celebrate him at Bass Pro, Joy Luck and probably Adidas, John Allen, but we celebrate him every (most) days😂 Happy 14th, Evan"
