He was a man of enormous talents: An unequalled craftsman, an arts, writer and poet; a civic leader, and a dreamer, always, of a better Adair County - whose biography is eagerly awaited. (Those who remember Joe Moore's sometimes whimsical, sometimes spot on futuristic suggestion - alway presented in a humorist manner - may be thinking, "What would Joe Moore be suggesting today"? and remembering his suggestion to have a Zip Line or cable car from the Trabue-Russell House to the Square or a air-lock, bubble dome over the entire square/community.
