Watching WAVE Radio Personality Lisa Fisher-Clark prepare Bulgogi Wraps today at the Square Meals Cafe - and tasting them, one might think she grew up in Korea. Truth is, the dish was never a part of Beckham Ridge/Royville/Russell County cuisine when she was growing up there. But she learns, and was turning out the wraps like a pro following the recipe FM2 Coordinator Barbara Armitage created in her Tucker's Station Farm kitchen. Street food in Columbia has never surpassed that provided free to kids and at very competitive price to adults. Photo 10 Jun 2017. - EW
