Across the pavement, across the verge and cornfield of Cass County proportions, across the Heartland Parkway, across the newly cleared woodland, is Green River Commerce Park, now changing almost daily, with a newly installed sewer system and lots of site changing, giving the land an Indiana kind of look of industry in the midst of big time farming. It will look even more so like a mini-version of plains states when the rise to the left of Development Drive is taken, pan load by pan load for a fill on the Rob Wilkerson properties, accommodating a street level few of the industrial park.
