State of Construction: New VFW Post - Sat 25 Mar 2017

The new VFW Post 6097 building has come a long way since the next earlier photo on March 15, 2017, was taken. (See:Stage of Construction: New VFW Post - Wed 15 Mar 2017 Roof trusses are complete and the general outline of the building is basically final in this photo taken across Greenhills Road from Heartland Drive in the Mullinix subdivision. According to Joe Hare, Post 6097 commander, completion of the approximately 5,000 s.f. facility in time for the Memorial Day, 2017, observance.
