CMS fifth-graders Ethan Cox, at left, and Jaylie Moore mix ingredients for muffins. Campbellsville Middle School students recently learned to make muffins. Taylor County Extension Agent for 4-H/Youth Development Amanda Sublett and program assistant Jordan Stapp recently taught fifth-graders how to make homemade muffins. Students took turns mixing ingredients to make batter. Then, students filled muffin pans with batter and then baked them. While the muffins were baking, Stapp talked to students about how important it is for them to eat grains - like muffins - and to get plenty of physical activity. - Calen McKinney Paired photo.
