Councilman Rogers spoke about the upcoming District Tournaments to be held at Adair County High School and the success of this year's teams. Clockwise, in addition to Mr. Rogers, are, barely visible, Councillor Pam Hoots, Councillor Mark D. Harris, City Clerk Rhonda Loy, Mayor Hardwick, City Attorney Marshall Loy, Councillor Craig Dean, Councillor Linda Waggener, and Councillor Craig Lasley. The two hottest topics of the evening were not on the agenda: Crime, and the Gas Department Refunds, with added spice with the introduction of a dog ordinance, needed Mayor Hardwick said - and he'll recommend one after council members have had a chance to review a Glasgow ordinance - at a later meeting. - EW
