A horse drawn vehicle pulls from a full stop to smoothly enter KY 501 from KY 910 in downtown Phil, where the central commercial building is, at least according to the sign on the left, for sale. With the store closed, the biggest commercial days in Phil these days are during the U.S. 127 yard sale in the summertime. - EW
