Fireplace gas logs working fine thanks to shared knowledge

A thank-you is in order to three who responded to my question about what might be wrong with our gas logs when the pilot kept clicking off. We are warm and the flames are rolling thanks to Tommy Byrd, Mark Bright, and Ronald Cook who responded with the advice to "try using compressed air to blow out all areas in and around the pilot light." I'd heard of using "canned air" on computers but had no clue that the gas logs were a natural spot to collect dust. After one treatment, all is well and I now know that this is needed regularly when the logs are in constant use and at the beginning of the season after they've been off for a while. Thank you all so much! -- LW
