Campbellsville Elementary School students gather to listen to third-grade teacher Marcia Sharp read to them. CES third-graders recently enjoyed some reading time with their teacher. Marcia Sharp read the book "Farewell to Shady Glad" by Bill Peet to her students. The book is about a raccoon and his friends who are forced out of their home when construction workers destroy it. In the end, the raccoons are able to find a new home, but not until they go on a terrifying train ride. Students have been studying how animals must move and adapt to their environment, or they will die. - Calen McKinney
