Epicurean Kentuckian: New Pizza concept coming to Campbellsville, KY

It appears to be the first Wings - Pizza - N Things store in the national chain in Kentucky - so bragging rights go to Campbellsville. It also seems to be the first of any chain using a new concept for fast baked pizzas ordered in a manner similar to customizing a sandwich at Subway in the CM 7-County area. Our Shelbyville kin recently served pizzas ordered in this manner from their closest "Blaze Pizza - Fast-Fire'd Custom Built Artisanal Pizzas" a current top choice for pizza for them. The pizza was excellent. The store above is is off New Columbia Road, on East side of road, just south of its intersection with S Columbia Avenue. Maybe a reader knows more about the production concept, the chain, or who's behind it. The store is about 17 miles from the Public Square in Columbia, KY. - EK
